We welcome unsolicited contributions. Our central criterion is that all posts must engage directly and rigorously with questions of law, rights, justice, regulation, or the state from the perspective of the Marxist tradition, understood broadly and generously. We are committed to publishing posts from a wide range of perspectives, and we do not adhere to any particular approach or tendency. We are also committed to publishing posts that speak to experiences with organizing, working-class action, and other popular struggles.
We prefer posts under 3000 words, but are willing to consider those of greater length. Please make an effort to conform to our standard style, on which you may refer to any of our posts. (We employ endnotes with full citations, and we prefer British or Canadian to US spelling conventions, though we are willing to work with the latter.) Please also include a brief biographical statement at the bottom of the post. Finally, please note that we retain the right to edit posts, and that we strive to work with each author to this end prior to publication.
No advance approval is required to translate or republish our posts. However, we kindly ask that you acknowledge that the post first appeared on Legal Form, and that you provide a link to our original post.
If you would like to submit a post or discuss a prospective submission, please write to us, either by completing the form below or by sending an email to legal.form.contact@gmail.com.
